1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Twogether, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Twogether, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to agree to these Terms.

3. Your Account

Use your own email address and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at trytwogetherapp@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Partners and Invites

Twogether is built around sharing with partners: people you connect with can see your display name, photo, when you last opened the app, and what you do in sessions you share with them, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only invite people you know and who would want to hear from you. You can remove or block a partner at any time.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Impersonate any person, or use a display name or photo that's offensive or misleading.
• Send invites or messages that are spam or unwanted.
• Collect other users' information, or scrape, overload, or try to break into the service.
• Use Twogether for commercial purposes without our written permission, or for anything illegal.

6. Your Content

You own what you add to Twogether, such as your display name, photo, ratings, and notes. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service (for example, showing your name and photo to your partners). That permission ends when your content is deleted.

7. Restaurant Information

Restaurant details, including names, addresses, hours, prices, ratings, and photos, come from third parties such as Google and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Check directly with a restaurant before you go. Twogether isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the restaurants listed, and isn't responsible for their food, service, safety, or prices.

8. Deleting Your Account and Termination

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. You can restore it by signing back in within 45 days; after that it's permanently deleted. To delete it immediately, email trytwogetherapp@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the service.

9. Disclaimers

Twogether is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that it will find a restaurant you like. Features may change or be discontinued.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Twogether and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for anything arising from restaurants you visit or your interactions with other users. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that can't be waived under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here and update the date above, and for significant changes we'll also let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Twogether after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
